Introducing Evermore Orlando

A Stunning luxury resort bordering disney world

It’s not often we’re surprised by a resort after many years of travel to some of the most incredible places in the world, but the new Evermore Orlando gave us luxury in a new way – truly different than anything we’ve seen before. It’s like being in a private village in the Caribbean!

Located on the edge of the Disney World property, this incredible luxury resort just opened in January after lots of buzz and anticipation. Much like its own little town, this one-of-a-kind resort is comprised of two- and four-bedroom flats, “Golf Villas” and five- to 11-bedroom houses (each house even has a private pool). All of the on-site amenities are truly luxury; there is a modern, opulent Conrad Hotel on site as well.

Ready to book your Orlando adventure in one of their stunning on-site homes? Reach out here and we’ll get you the best rates and the perfect stay.

I’ll be sharing more details about the Evermore’s unique and luxurious accommodations in the coming weeks, but for now, I want to give you the lay of the land of this amazing place:

So what’s one thing that makes The Evermore different from anything we’ve ever seen?

Its massive lagoon pool and sandy beach.

That’s right, just a few minutes from the gates of Disney World, you will feel like you have stepped into the beach in the Caribbean, as you are surrounded by sand and clear blue water. Welcome to paradise – no passport required!

While it technically is a swimming pool, the lagoon uses much fewer chemicals due to its unique filtration system; and when you’re looking out over it, the experience is remarkable. It truly does feel like a lagoon (or large tropical lake), and it takes a little less than 15 minutes to walk the perimeter so it’s an easy, relaxing stroll.

With bright pops of yellow throughout the beach area from all the umbrellas, suspended seating areas, hammocks, acorn-style cabanas, paddle boards and kayaks, fire pits and beautiful music piping in, the lagoon offers something for every kind of leisure. All of these amenities are offered as part of your resort fee, so everything is available for all guests to enjoy.

There’s also an action and adventure swimming area of the lagoon called “Blue Hole” which is great for kids of all ages. They’ve got suspended swings, slides, and all sorts of fun things in this specific area, with lifeguards everywhere and life jackets available for everyone to use.

If you’re looking for a drink or a bite to eat on your way to the beach, you’ll walk right past an antique VW bug parked in the sand, which they’ve converted into Barbara Ann’s Beach Bar. Charming and convenient, touches like this are the kinds of things I adore, because they make the experience so special and personable.

For more dining, you have the Twin View resort restaurant and a marketplace with burgers, wraps, pizza, grocery items including beer and wine, and a coffee shop. They are also adding a ‘grab and go’ for guests who may be coming back from golfing or one of the many amusement parks in Orlando. The idea is you could grab a pre-made lasagna to pop in the oven at your villa or house so you’re not having to cook, but not having to go out. Guests also have access to all of the venues, restaurants and markets at The Conrad as well, so there is plenty to choose from.

You truly have everything you could want here, including two golf courses (one is the championship Cypress, Jack Nicklaus’ take on the original St. Andrew’s Scottish Links course), a spa, and an ample gym fitness facility; the villas even have a Peloton studio.

I just couldn’t get over how this place is like nothing I’ve ever seen – because it is more like a neighborhood than a resort. The entire gated community is essentially vacation rentals owned and rented out by the resort – these are not timeshares or independently owned short-term rentals. The hotel and everything from the two-bedroom villas and flats to the houses are all part of the resort and are run by the same company that owns some of our favorite luxury tropical resorts like the Seafire and Ritz Carlton in Grand Cayman.

We can get our clients some excellent deals due to our relationship with this company, including resort credits, breakfasts, welcome gifts and more; just reach out and we can tell you all about these.

Another aspect of the thoughtful design of Evermore that impressed us is all of the different places they’ve created where you could have events of all sizes both inside or outside.

It is very, very appealing for groups because you have everything from hotel rooms with beautiful conference areas overlooking the water to outdoor seating areas with fire pits. Families or groups can reserve the fire pits and grab kits at the marketplace to enjoy the evening outside by the fire. S’mores anyone?

If you’re celebrating something during your visit, the resort also has two boats available for things like photos, weddings, and other special occasions. One is a beautiful, charming Chris Craft wooden boat that they’ve updated with an electric motor, and the other is a new 12-person boat that’s also electric, and a bit more spacious.

Finally, the Evermore Resort sits right on the edge of the 46+ square mile Disney World property, so it is nearby, but not overwhelmed by crowds or traffic. It’s a short 10-15 minute drive to places like Epcot or the Grand Floridian, and because of the location, you’ll be using back roads so the traffic is much lighter than other routes. You can easily grab an Uber or drive to your favorite parks and attractions.

So, those are the highlights from our adventure at Evermore Resort! I can’t say enough about how amazing this place was, you really must experience it the next time you visit Orlando. Stay tuned, as I’ll be diving into the details of the accommodations next.
